Nestled on the banks of the Chobe River in Kasane, Chobe River Lodge is a boutique 4-star lodge offering guests a relaxed and personalized Botswana safari experience. Located just fifteen minutes from Kasane International Airport.

Owner Leana Ries acquired the lodge in October 2019 and thoughtfully renovated the property to create a welcoming retreat where guests can appreciate the beauty of the Chobe River and the region’s extraordinary wildlife. With direct access to Chobe National Park by both vehicle and boat, unforgettable wildlife experiences begin right at our doorstep.

Our lodge features 12 luxurious rooms, including river-view suites and courtyard rooms, some thoughtfully designed for families. Guests can unwind in spacious indoor and outdoor lounge areas or relax by the rim-flow pool overlooking the Chobe River.

to her extensive background in hospitality and many years of professional experience, including expertise as a chef. In the kitchen, Elizabeth, our talented head chef with over 25 years of experience, prepares memorable meals that guests cherish long after their stay. Our expert guides, Tefo and BK, share their deep knowledge of the area during exceptional game drives and boat cruises.

We also offer a wide range of activities, including game drives, boat cruises, massages, airport transfers to Victoria Falls, and day trips to Victoria Falls.
